If the product is damaged due to material mismatch, strength failure, or normal use within the warranty period, we will re-make the product or provide a discount based on the quantity of the defective product.
3. Compensation for Transportation Issues
If our company is responsible for shipping to the customer, all damaged parts will be returned to our factory for re-manufacturing or a full discount will be provided.
