Workshop Introduction

Our workshop covers an area of more than 5000 square meters and has modern manufacturing facilities equipped with advanced machinery. We provide a comprehensive manufacturing service for sheet metal parts, machined parts, stamped parts and cast parts. We also provide assembly services in our own workshop according to customer requirements.

Production process

The workshop is equipped with production line equipment such as laser cutting, bending, stamping, hydraulic forming, welding and sealing, fine polishing, spray painting and engraving, as well as assembly line production processes to ensure the accurate and efficient production of each ordered product.

Quality Control

In addition to on-site production quality inspections, first article inspections and pre-shipment inspections are crucial to project success. Our sales department is located in the same industrial park as the factory, allowing both sales and workshop personnel to monitor production progress and conduct quality inspections. This ensures quality control throughout the entire production process, allows individual accountability, and ensures that every order is delivered on time and without quality issues.

At present, our company's customers include Nordic customers who make metal fireplace frames, South American and Middle Eastern new energy photovoltaic frames, Southeast Asian customers who make new energy battery shells, Indian customers who make steel structure roof frames, North American customers who make farmhouse shells, smart robot shells and other products.
