Chief Executive Officer

Han is the founder and most professional project leader of Oruidi. After graduating from university with a degree in electromechanical engineering, he dedicated decades of experience in the sheet metal industry to providing customers with the most reliable and flexible custom processing solutions. Since 2021, he has built a professional service team and established a comprehensive company structure. Business Team

Operations Workshop

Sheet metal cutting, CNC forming and stamping, welding and grinding, spray painting and lettering, quality inspection and packaging, each workshop is relatively independent but closely connected, and can design and produce more than 1,500 products every year. These independent workshops work together and adopt a variety of mechanisms that enable them to handle multiple processes. For example, the sheet metal workshop has bending, welding and laser cutting machines, while the CNC workshop uses CNC lathes and machining centers. Thanks to skilled workers with 5-8 years of experience, each workshop can efficiently manage large quantities and multiple batches of orders, thereby minimizing material waste and speeding up shipments. Procurement Team

Olexun's procurement department has a diverse and stable network of upstream suppliers, offering a wide range of materials. Purchasing personnel quickly identify the required materials and procure them according to customer requirements to ensure timely delivery. They maintain strict quality control and provide relevant material certificates for traceability, ensuring cost-effective product solutions for customers.

Engineering Team

Olexun boasts a team of experienced engineers with 10-15 years of experience in product project development. Based on customer-provided documentation (3D, CAD, drawings), these engineers are able to discern manufacturing and design challenges, provide the most appropriate solutions, and provide accurate quotes. After confirming product details with the customer, they visit the factory to discuss the production process with the factory manager. At Olexun, prototypes can be completed within three days.

Quality Inspection Team

Our commitment to excellence in quality assurance stems from our rigorous order management system. At Olexun, each project is staffed with three to four QC inspectors. From kick-off meetings and drawing confirmation to first-article inspections, mid-term quality reports, final product inspections, and packaging, every process is efficiently executed to ensure product quality. Olexun (Oruidi) adheres to the principle of "fast in, fast out," completing new product development in just three days and mass production in two to three weeks. Our 7,000-square-meter factory is equipped with comprehensive processing capabilities, including advanced bending machines, laser cutting machines, stamping machines, CNC lathes, CNC milling machines, and injection molding machines. In addition to these state-of-the-art machines, the support of dozens of experienced engineers and hundreds of skilled workers provides a solid foundation for our efficient and flexible new product development.

Guaranteed Order System

To ensure a smooth order production process, we have a well-established order processing system. Before production begins, we hold a kick-off meeting to ensure all technical requirements are fully understood internally. During the production process, work instructions are used to guide each production station. Before shipment, our team maintains a quality checklist that outlines all necessary inspection items.

Open and Transparent Service

We provide our customers with open and transparent service throughout the production process, generating and sharing weekly all-in reports to ensure they are fully informed of production status, quality, packaging, delivery, or any other issues or concerns.
